Working together
The design process
We work to one repeatable framework — so at every stage you know what is happening, what you will receive at the end and what comes next. Choose the path that applies to you.

Stage 01
Understanding
Before we draw anything, we want to understand you.
-
01
Getting to know you
A first conversation — about you, about the place and about what you expect from it. We agree the scope of work and a realistic budget, so that later decisions rest on hard numbers.
Outcome
Scope and quote
-
02
A conversation about your day
We ask the things nobody asks: when you get up, where you drink your coffee, how many people sit down to dinner, what irritates you about your current home. The brief comes out of that.
Outcome
Design brief
-
03
Discovering the potential of the place
We come to the site. We check the light at different times of day, the views, the acoustics and the technical possibilities — what can be removed, moved or opened up.
Outcome
Survey and analysis
-
-
Stage 02
Concept
The first image of the future interior.
-
04
We create the vision
A moodboard, material samples and the first impressions of mood. At this stage we decide on the direction — while it is still easy to change.
Outcome
Moodboard and direction
-
05
Functional layout
Room layout, ergonomics, zoning. This is the most important stage of the whole project: decisions made here cannot later be undone without demolition.
Outcome
Plans and functional layout
-
06
Visualisations and 3D films
Photorealistic images and a walkthrough film. You see your home before anyone drives the first nail into it.
Outcome
Visualisations and 3D film
-
-
Stage 03
Documentation
We turn the image into instructions for the builders.
-
07
Technical documentation
Services drawings, joinery designs, material schedules. A complete set from which the contractor knows exactly what goes where.
Outcome
Construction drawings
-
08
Choosing contractors
We recommend teams we have worked with, talk to them and help you compare quotes. The decision is yours, but you do not make it blind.
Outcome
Recommendations and quote comparison
-
09
Preparing for construction
Works programme, order deadlines, delivery sequence. Without it even the best design falls apart on site.
Outcome
Programme and orders
-
-
Stage 04
Delivery
We stay with you until the last day.
-
10
Turnkey delivery
Coordination meetings, material approvals, technical problems resolved as they arise. Design supervision at every stage.
Outcome
Design supervision
-
11
Handover
You move into a finished, furnished interior. We stay in touch — for warranties, adjustments and future ideas.
Outcome
Keys and a finished interior
