  Katarzyna Dąbek

  Lead architect

  She studied Architecture and Urban Planning as well as Total Design Management at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. At Tissu she designs interiors and buildings, supervises construction and coordinates the team.

  She creates architecture that is timeless, functional and free of passing trends. She is drawn to light, structure and contrast, and is an advocate of natural materials. After hours she devotes herself to painting and illustration.

  Paweł Brończak

  Head of project delivery

  He makes sure every design becomes a considered space. He coordinates the whole process — from the choice of materials, through furniture selection, down to the details.

  He draws inspiration from mid-century design, Danish minimalism and Polish craft. A landscape architect by training. After hours he is passionate about discovering design classics. He is accompanied by his cat Beza.

  Aliaksandra Belaya

  Architect — designer

  She graduated in architecture from Brest State Technical University in Belarus. At Tissu she designs single-family houses and interiors, and creates 3D visualisations.

  Her approach rests on the harmony between form and function. In her work she favours subtlety, soft handling of light and balanced proportions. After work she shoots film photography and cooks.

  Aryna Taimintsava

  Junior architect

  She works on interior concepts and visualisations. She gathers references, samples and colours from which the mood of a whole project emerges.

  She believes a good space begins with proportion and ends with detail. After hours, illustration and travel.

  Marta Lechowicz

  Interior architect

  A graduate of the Faculty of Interior Architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. At Tissu she handles the complete design of private and public interiors — from the concept through to site supervision.

  She believes that every good design is built on a deep understanding of people’s needs and the ability to translate them into well-considered solutions. She combines artistic sensitivity with a love of technical precision, meticulously prepared documentation and attention to the smallest detail.

  After hours she explores other fields of art — from painting and literature to exhibitions and travel in search of inspiration.

  Maciej Pawluk

  Project manager — architect's assistant

  He helps turn design concepts into reality. He keeps the build running smoothly, helping to choose furnishings and to finalise even the smallest details. He is in the final year of interior architecture studies at UTH.

  After work he is rather hard to reach, thanks to an active lifestyle, a love of travel and his small, black, fluffy apple of his eye.

  Michał Zaremba

  CTO — Chief Technology Officer

  He is responsible for technology and artificial intelligence at Tissu. He has eighteen years of experience in IT services and process optimisation. He built his career at T-Mobile, Ericsson and Generali, where he managed the IT area. He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2018 he has been running Automa Services as its CEO, delivering around 240 automation projects for clients across many industries and markets.

  He believes AI should not replace people but work alongside them, and that is the approach he brings to Tissu. After work he gets on his Harley, ideally for a long ride.
